Hello, it’s nice to meet you. My name is Charity. I founded Balanced Life Massage Therapy in the lovely town of Westminster, MA in 2013.
I enjoy being a life long learner. Since opening, I have returned to school to study aesthetics, as well as a course in reflexology. I am a duly Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Aesthetician in Massachusetts.
I am mom to 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat. They bring me much joy. My kids are both adults now. My other love is a horse named Tanna, whom I enjoy riding in Harvard.
Before massage school, I served women and their families, as a birth doula. Attending birth and teaching childbirth classes kept me busy while I was raising my little ones. During this time, I attended a prenatal massage class called MotherMassage to learn how to help women through the transition of labor with less pain and more victory.
I realized at that point, massage was a passion of mine. I am still open to attending women in birth as part of a birth team.
